These Terms and Conditions replace any previous versions and apply solely to all transactions conducted with Munster Welding & Safety Supplies Limited.

Price list

All prices listed are in Euro (€) and are Exclusive of VAT at 23%. Every effort is made to maintain consistent pricing throughout the validity of our listings. However, prices may change without prior notice, and products will be invoiced at the rate applicable on the date of dispatch.

We aim to keep information and pricing accurate, but in the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it before order completion.

Product availability and specifications

Munster Welding Supplies strives to keep all listed products in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Most orders are processed on the same or next working day, depending on stock availability.

All product descriptions, specifications, and measurements are provided as a guide and may differ slightly from those shown due to manufacturing updates or supplier variations. While every care is taken to ensure accuracy, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or update product specifications at any time without prior notice.

All items offered are of reliable, commercial-grade quality and sourced from reputable manufacturers.

Orders 

Orders can be placed through our online store, by telephone, or via email. Full payment, including applicable delivery charges, must accompany all orders.

All goods are dispatched through our designated distribution centre. We do not provide collection services. Orders will be processed once payment has been received in full.

Cancellation & Returns

Orders may be cancelled within seven working days of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Cancellations after this point will incur a 10% administration fee.

If a product is found to be defective or damaged, it will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer.

Payment

Payments can be made online via credit or debit card, or by cheque (subject to clearance). A payment receipt will be issued with each order, and VAT invoices are available upon request.

Approved business customers may apply for a Credit Account, subject to prior agreement and satisfactory references. Please contact our sales team for details.

Carriage

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order value, weight, dimensions, and destination.

Orders over €79.00 (excluding VAT) qualify for free nationwide delivery. We work with reliable couriers to ensure timely delivery; however, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage unless notified immediately and confirmed in writing within 7 working days of dispatch.

Design & Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, product details, graphics, and layout elements on munsterweldingsupplies.ie, remain the exclusive property of Munster Welding & Safety Supplies Limited.

Reproduction, storage, or redistribution of any part of this website or its content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Liability

The total liability of Munster Welding & Safety Supplies Limited in respect of any claim, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of the goods supplied to the customer.

Munster Welding & Safety Supplies shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption, arising from the use or supply of any product.
